Using ECLAIMS IT to submit your ESF full application

Organisations applying for ESF programmes will need to register and complete applications via the ECLAIMS IT system. 

The ECLAIMS IT system is a web based application available through this link: https://ECLAIMS.communities.gov.uk/esif-web/.

DWP, the Managing Authority, will use the information in the ECLAIMS IT system to carry out its full appraisal, with the aim of determining whether the application meets the relevant criteria to be considered for funding.  ECLAIMS IT is the key component of the appraisal process for the award of ESF funding and is used as a tool to appraise and evaluate proposed delivery and for monitoring actual delivery.

In order to submit a Full Application via ECLAIMS, you must set up access and are strongly advised that to obtain and activate your ECLAIMS Applicant User Access at least 2 weeks prior to the advertised call closure date.

You can access guidance and the application forms to apply for funding through the European Social Fund online full application process.  The webpage includes updates in August 2019 to the ESF Granular Budget Sample Template (template name change and addition of column relating to staff cost methodology) and to the Financial Annex (updated to address some errors around missing LEP Areas).
