Round two of ESF Community Grants Fund opens in November 2019

Applications for round two of the ESFA Community Grants funding programme will be accepted from 15th November 2019 to 15th December 2019 by Futures, the organisation chosen by the Education & Skills Funding Agency to manage this ESF co-funded programme.

This programme gives small, voluntary and community organisations with a turnover of less than £500,000 an opportunity to access funds to deliver projects that help engage and progress ‘hard to reach’ individuals towards the labour market.

Grants of between £5,000 and £20,000 are available for projects or initiatives that help people take steps towards a future career and reduce unemployment and inactivity.

Community Grants Coordinator, Ashley Wilkinson says ‘We have been able to support some really interesting initiatives in the first round of funding and hope to be able to give further opportunities in round 2’.
