Applications for round 4 of the ESFA Community Grants funding programme will be accepted up to June 4th by Futures, the organisation chosen by the Education & Skills Funding Agency to manage this ESF co-funded programme.
This programme gives small, voluntary and community organisations with a turnover of less than £500,000 an opportunity to access funds to deliver projects that help engage and progress ‘hard to reach’ individuals towards the labour market.
Ashley Wilkinson, Community Grants Co-ordinator, said: "We had a successful Round 3 and approved projects are doing a fantastic job supporting some of our most vulnerable and isolated people through the current Covid-19 pandemic. It is even more essential in these uncertain times that small community groups and charities are given opportunities to support people furthest removed from the job market towards employment."
