DWP has published an Action Note following a number of queries from existing Grant Recipients, local partners and potential applicants for ESF funding to clarify the operation of Delegated Grant Schemes in the ESF 2014-2020 Programme.
As reported in a previous news article, this is a direct result of intervention by the D2N2 ESIF Committee and the D2N2 Social Inclusion & Equalities Advisory Group, leading to the DWP changing it's position on defrayal.
