The Energy Technologies Research Institute unites energy research across a range of disciplines at the University of Nottingham. Over 150 academics contribute to a portfolio of research, development and demonstration projects worth over £60m, funded by government, industry and the EU.
Funded by ERDF, Energy for Business can support energy innovators and those who want to become more energy efficient by forging links between businesses and world-class academics, researchers and graduate talent in the energy field.
Working together with the University of Nottingham (UoN) you can make a difference to our energy future, help grow your business and, as a result, benefit the local economy.
UoN will work with local businesses in a variety of ways. For example, they can find an academic to offer specialist advice on a particular subject, identify equipment or facilities for help in product development, place a student into your business to work on a specific project, or provide bespoke training for staff.
