Lenton Lane Brewery is a Nottingham based microbrewer that specialise in brews containing flavoursome malts, good hops and plenty of character. Director John Russell and his Head Brewer Mike met with The Food and Drink Forum to discuss life as a microbrewer and the challenges they have faced during their time in the brewing industry.
One area Lenton Lane Brewery is looking to develop is their production. At present they produce cask ales and bottled beers for the surrounding Nottinghamshire area. However they consistently face challenges in the supply of the casks themselves.
